On the following text, we detail the conditions for the sales made on this website.
Performing a purchase implies that you have read and accepted the conditions of sale. If you have any questions, you can contact us through the means at your disposal.

PRICES

All the prices of the products displayed on this website are shown in Euros and include VAT.
Prices of products may change at any time without notice to the customer.
If there is an error in the price of any product, or prices suffer any changes during the processing of an order, the Company will inform the customer to confirm or cancellate it.

PROMOTIONS

Permanent promotion.

If your purchase exceeds 50 €, shipping costs are Free. This applies only to Spain peninsula.

Temporary promotions.

Temporary promotions will be brought to the home page of the website and will remain valid as they are published on the web, as long as there is inventory available, and are governed by these conditions.

AVAILABILITY

When a product is listed on our website, it doesn’t mean that at that time it is in our Inventory.
When processing an order, we will check that actually the requested material is available at the time. If any of the ordered material is not available we will contact the customer and will notify the date of availability.
We inform you that if you want any product and can not find it on our website, you can request it in the box you will find in My Cart at managing the order. We will seek for it and will contact you to inform if we may have it and its price, and if you agree to be added to your purchase.

DELIVERY TERMS

Spain (Peninsula)

If the goods are in our inventory, the delivery will be managed in 24 hours and sent the business day after. The order will arrive at your destination during the course of the following 24-48 hours, excluding saturdays, sundays and bank holidays. The transport company may contact you to set a time for delivery.

Spain (Balearic Islands)

If the goods are in our inventory, the delivery will be managed in 24 hours and sent the business day after. The order will arrive at your destination during the course of the following 3-5 days, excluding saturdays, sundays and bank holidays. The transport company may contact you to set a time for delivery.

Spain (The Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla)

If the goods are in our inventory, the delivery will be managed in 24 hours and sent the business day after. The order will arrive at your destination during the course of the following 8-10 days, excluding saturdays, sundays and bank holidays. The transport company may contact you to set a time for delivery.

International Delivery

If the goods are in our inventory, the delivery will be managed in 24 hours and sent the business day after. The order will arrive at your destination during the course of the following 5-10 days, excluding saturdays, sundays and bank holidays. The transport company may contact you to set a time for delivery.

**If we don’t have any of the products ordered, we will contact you to notify the date of availability.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Visa or MasterCard.

We guarantee that every transaction carried out at escaladaymas.com is 100% safe. Each operation, which implies the transmission of personal information or bank details, is carried out within a safe environment.
In this way the credit card details are not registered in a database and are only known and handled by the bank, whereas the order and client details are known and handled only by the trader.
In an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have now updated our web-site to include the latest security measures for on-line commerce developed by Visa and Mastercard. These are known as 3D Secure Code (Verified by VISA) and SPA/UCAF (Mastercard Secure Code). In this way, if you are a holder of a "Secure enabled" card, you will always be able to make a payment with a Visa or Mastercard on our web-site.
Long-standing customers may not be asked to provide the Secure Code, but all customers will be asked to supply the following information: the credit card number, the expiry date and a validation code, which refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of the credit card. In this way we are able to guarantee even greater security for on-line transactions.

Bank transfer / Account Deposit.

The customer enters the money in the bank account provided indicating Full Name and Order Number, to identify it properly. The account number to make the income will be sent to you at the time of ordering.
Once you have made the deposit or the transfer, you must send by e-mail the receipt indicating the name and order number.
As soon as we check the transfer, the order will be packed and dispatched.
Remember that payments should be made in Euros and the customer will pay any currency exchange commission or bank commission if this method of payment is selected. For bank transfer payments made from countries other than Spain, it is important that any commission / fees applied by the bank of origin are paid by the customer. If this is not the case, Escalada y Más will delay dispatching the order until the entire amount is received.

Cash On Delivery (COD). -This option is not available at this moment-

The order is paid to the dealer at the time of receipt. This form of payment has an additional cost of a 2.00% (plus TAX) on the price of the order, with a minimum of 2.50 € and a maximum of 59 €. The exact amount will be reflected during checkout when choosing the form of payment "Cash On Delivery".
We may contact you before the shipment to check the data.
You can not choose the form “Cash On Delivery” for orders over 200 €, or orders outside of Spain peninsula.

CHANGES, RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

CHANGES.

If any of the items arrived defective, the customer should contact us.
Defective products will be returned, and shipping charges will be at our expense. Once repaired or replaced will be sent back to the customer without charge.

If the change is due to an error by the customer (ordering error) shipping costs will be at its expense.
If the error were ours, the customer would receive the goods ordered at no extra cost.
To accept a return, both the product and packaging must be in perfect condition with all original content without manipulation. It should also include a copy of the commercial invoice.

RETURNS.

If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following 30 calendar days of the delivery date marked on the order. (According to art. 44 of the Spanish Law No. 7/1996, 15th January relating to the retail trade and modified by Law No. 47/2002 on 19th December).*
Simply send back the "unused" product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all guarantees, labels and instructions of use. Please remember that the customer pays shipping costs to return an item to our warehouse.
It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.

Returned DVDs or videos will not be accepted if they are not in their original wrapping. Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted on assembled skis, unless the product has been damaged during the manufacturing process.

Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and their condition has been checked, Escaladaymas.com will accept the return and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to place the order. The carrying amount of the first delivery already made shall be deducted from the total amount of refund.

a. If you paid for your order by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same credit card account.
b. If you paid for you order C.O.D or by bank transfer, you will be asked to provide us with a bank account number so that we can process the refund.

Before making a return, you must always contact us to accept it. Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted.

Bank transfer refunds for returns or downward exchanges of items will take a minimum of 10 days for paperwork. Take in mind that if you paid by credit card, the refund will probably not be shown on your bank invoice until it is updated, the following month.

WARRANTIES.

General Conditions.

Escalada y Más offers customers a 2-year guarantee on all new products and Escalada y Más customers will also benefit from the guarantee offered by the manufacturer of each product when a greater period is offered.

Warranties Cancellation.

Defects or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not included in this guarantee.
Any decline in the function of a product, due to its design limitation, is also excluded from guarantee.

Remain excluded from any warranty, defaults and damage caused by external events, accidents, electrical accidents, wear or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
It also excludes products that are modified or repaired by the Customer or any other unauthorized person.
These warranty terms do not affect consumer's statutory rights protected by applicable national legislation.

Warranty Processing.

There are some manufacturers that ease the client the processing of products under warranty, by providing a phone number to call for SAT's warranty from the manufacturer. In this case the client must take or send the defective product directly to the SAT of the manufacturer, usually without any cost to the customer.
